I am a reflection, like the moon on water. When you see me, and I try to be a good man, you see yourself .........
I am a Tibetan ecologist study on trait based community ecology, with focus on community structure and function in response to the changing environment (grazing, fertilization and climate change) in Tibetan alpine rangeland.
My studies involve on three related aspects: i) the cause and consequence of within species trait variability on species adaption, community structuring and ecosystem functioning; ii) relative importance of chance and selection in species coexistence and community assembly; iii) the role of trait-mediated interactions between plant functional diversity and herbivores.
